Purpose of the awards

CIQHR™ (a division of Business and People Development Inc.) offers recognition awards to HR professionals and organizations in appreciation of outstanding performance, innovation, and contribution to people development.

These awards are honorary recognitions, not academic degrees or government-licensed certifications.
They hold no regulatory or statutory equivalence, and recipients understand that the award is symbolic and merit-based within the professional HR community.

Eligibility Criteria

Awards may be granted to:

HR professionals with a proven record of excellence or innovation.

Organizations demonstrating best practices in HR, people development, or corporate training.

Participants, members, or attendees of CIQHR™ programs who apply HR consultancy tools in impactful ways.

Nomination Process

Nominations can be submitted by the individual, employer, or third party.

Each nomination should include:

Name and contact information of nominee

Short description of achievements

Supporting evidence (project examples, testimonials, etc.)

CIQHR™ staff review nominations for completeness before passing them to the Awards Committee.

You can also give direct honorary awards at your discretion (for example, to industry leaders or long-term partners).

Evaluation and Selection

The Awards Committee reviews each nomination against a published scoring rubric (e.g., innovation, impact, leadership, alignment with HR excellence).

A minimum of two reviewers should independently assess each nomination.

The final selection is approved by the Committee Chair or CIQHR Director.

Keep a record of scoring and justifications for internal documentation in case of disputes.
